I showed up and answered questions truthfully and showed my IDs. I did not bend any rules. I followed the rules as they were and are still being applied.

There’s a massive difference between a wealthy donor paying money to get a vaccine distribution site in their neighborhood and an educator answering “Yes” when asked “Are you an educator?”

It’s OK to be jealous. We all want the vaccine. We all want this to be over. Don’t suggest I did something corrupt.

Here are the vaccination categories that I was asked to select. I went to a walk-in vaccination at a different site but I’ve seen professors who went to different sites in Florida report the same experience.

Here is a tweet from Orange County (Orlando) specifically publicizing that professors can get the vaccine:

What matters more than anything else is we get our population vaccinated as quickly as possible to reach herd immunity. Strictly following bureaucratic government qualifications that slow the rollout of the vaccine is counter effective at this point.

I once had a Disney fast pass for 9am for 2/21 but showed up at 9am 2/11 and they let me skip the line and enjoy the ride.

Lying and cheating to get a COVID vaccine is one thing. Going to a Gathering of the Juggalos is something by which I cannot abide.

Actually the merge in Winston when they had construction specifically told you to use both lanes because that is the most effective way to increase traffic flow. The science is clear.
