The biggest thing is to not use the microwave for the vast majority of leftovers. The fact that my parents taught me to put pizza (!!!), steak/meat, potatoes, hot dogs, etc. in the microwave instead of oven/toaster oven/skillet should have been reported to social services. Toaster oven pizza can sometimes be better than night 1 pizza, I've found. The extra crisp on the crust, I guess.

I like St Kitts and Neevis, just as long as you stay away from mouth breathers at the four seasons. Dope beaches not overly touristy.

Bequia is also pretty dope.

St Mateen/St Barts/Antigua are good but are crazy in the busy season over the winter. Don't recommend going then. Every Russian bad guy and thier dogs are down there with their yacht's. Specifically on St Barts.

USVI/BVI are pound for pound pretty great maybe the best. Especially the BVI.

There are several big commercial resorts, but also plenty of smaller ones. Also good house rental options. Cruises can't get to Providenciales which makes is much less overrun with undesirables. Some really good restaurants. Locals are a bit reserved, but extremely friendly and appreciative of tourism. Some cool, much less developed (or not developed at all) areas to explore via jeep/boat.

St. John. 70% national park. Sitting on a worldwide top 10 beach with your friends and maybe 10 other people and getting food/beer from a food truckish shack and snorkeling with sea turtles? Yes, I think I shall.
 
For anyone in NOVA the Great American Restaurant fries migut be my favorite of all time.

Damn I do dis, but with the backward hat combo. Was the date hawt, cause you were out with your mom so…..
 
Anyone else hit up St. Lucia? It was my favorite by far. Great diving, beautiful scenery. Landing at the airport was terrifying though.
 
I’ve had friends go to Eleuthera and done nothing but rave about it
