To be fair, in Europe, hawks are called buzzards. Also, there is no such thing as a sea hawk anyway. Osprey is probably the closest thing.
 
Is there anyone doing any ground-breaking stand-up on birds these days? That would definitely be punching up. Because they're in the sky.
