2022 Atlanta Braves Season Thread: off season decisions loom

Please Snit don’t pull Fried just to stay with your usual mo as let him keep dealing if he is able to get through 7 then you have 4 stud pitchers to get your last 6 outs. And heck I let Fried go 8 or 9 if he keeps them on their heels. So glad in Houston and take the pinch hit decision off the table.
 
I'd leave Max in as long as he is dealing like this. The night shift might not even get in the game in this one. Hell, let him go 9 if he keeps this up.
 
I will say Fried is getting the benefits of strike calls on some pitches just off the edges, but it’s the first time over the last 12 games any Braves pitcher has gotten the benefit…

Houston's gotten the same calls. Way off the plate to Riley, way low to Duval, plus a few others. Just a bunch of objectively bad calls on both sides but nothing truly awful, and it's pretty even between the teams.
 
Looks like they are pulling Max and honestly no issues as seemed to labor that last half inning and was missing the zone more and fortunate Correa went fishing as well as got benefits of calls. Matzek hopefully gets 2 innings and save Will for 9th with Luke in emergency if someone is off.
