Is this where we talk about Biden’s 38 percent approval rating? I’ve been off the tunnels a while
Polled before or after the Infrastructure Bill passed?

This judge in the Rittenhouse case is a real POS.

I still don't understand why he was allowed to bar the prosecution from using the word "victim" in a murder trial.
Because it's a prejudicial term.
So is it normal in a murder trial to block the usage?

The word victim is a loaded word. It’s use in criminal trials been litigated in every jurisdiction in this country for decades. There’s no definitive rule on its usage. In NC, its use in trials and jury instructions is permitted in the discretion of the trial judge. Many trial judges still won’t allow it. The judge disallowing it in this case, as is his normal practice apparently, is a big nothing burger. Those who usually find themselves on the progressive end of criminal justice advocacy should applaud this judge for that ruling.
Seems like suggesting that everybody give a defense witness a round of applause as a veteran on Veterans Day might be a wee bit prejudical?
understand both sides on this -- issue to me is that I understand the judge permitted the victims to be called looters and rioters.
He actually didn't. From what I heard on Opening Arguments, he said they could be called looters and rioters in the closing argument if they could be proven as such.
