Only a 15 minute walk from the hotel, will definitely check this one out. Thanks!

Acenar is owned by the same people as Rosario's and it's on the Riverwalk. It's also the only place I've seen Manu Ginobili in public but that was like in 2005.

Something to add that's opened fairly recently in downtown SA is Pinkerton's BBQ. Place was named as one of TX's best 50 bbq spots by Texas Monthly which is a pretty big deal. Legit TX bbq.

I did not know Pinkerton's BBQ expanded to San Antonio. I like 2M Smokehouse a lot, but it is not conveniently located to the Riverwalk area.

do i want to read the book or watch the movie? i'm another who has never seen it

My parents’ dog died this morning and I am absolutely dreading telling my son.

there needs to be some kind of extended taco where you get the same volume of food, but by extending the shell lengthwise, you're able to use the same amount of ingredients but get some of everything in each bite. as it stands now, 1/3 of your taco bites are just toppings unless you have some huge maw that i don't

When our old mutt was run over last year, I was really dreading breaking it to my 6yo(5 at the time). I told her that Uggy had died, and asked her if she understood what that meant(meaning death itself). She answered "We can turn the basement(his home) into a playroom now?"

So I hope your revelation goes that smoothly.

Ha, that's pretty funny.

Both of my dogs are basement dogs, with couches, 800sq ft, and the door exits out to the lower patio attached to our fenced in yard. So they have it made.

That said, they're 9 and 6. Both in good health. My daughter needs a playroom too, and I've had some bad thoughts recently. Anyone in the market to adopt a neutered male, all shots, great with other dogs and kids? Has some dry itchy skin this time of year, but that's his only issue. My wife and I adopted this one when we were dating, and I knew it was a mistake at the time, but I was already pussy whipped at that time and I just couldn't say no.

I plan on keeping the 9 y/o for sure. He's my BFF, I adopted him with he was 8 weeks old and I was a free, single man. He's been my pal for a long time. The 6 year old is just kind of the red headed stepchild.

Aw, I would in a second if I lived closer. My pup could use a friend.

Movie for sure.

The books are fun but not that great and the movie is a mash up of two books from the middle of the lengthy series of books anyway
