No need either to watch the selection show on Sunday with the way things have gone. :mad:
 
Here's a hypothetical question. How many D1 college basketball programs do you think would have won more than 2 ACC Tournament games over the last 15 years? 100? 150?

So close.... yet so far. :(

Still hard to fathom that 23-9 (13-7) whole body of work doesn't get it done for the NCAAT.
 
I still feel they land in the final 4 byes. It seems like Wake fell harder for not playing over the weekend as opposed to losing yesterday. After NC St game, felt they were last couple 9s or first couple 10s.
Don’t think the one loss drops them out. From Lunardi’s last update, I think WF favors well when evaluated next to both Michigan and Notre Dame.
We’ll see what happens. If they get shipped to NIT, I wonder if they would end up one of those teams that give it there all or play uninspired due to disappointment in being there.
 
With the weekend off before the ACCT turns out the one day bye was detrimental. Go figure....
 
So at this point we're hoping UNC wins the ACC tournament to get another Q1 win, right?
 
Worked out for UCLA last year. Obviously I’d rather not have to play in, but it’d be fair. Win that game and we made the tourney by anyone’s metric.

What’s so frustrating is we know how good this team CAN be. We have several guys who have taken over games at times throughout the season. For the first time in a long time I can imagine being a kid in the backyard and picturing themselves pulling a Williams, Laravia, or most likely a Monsonto from deep!

I’m not sure this team has ever been that good. Light years better than the past decade, but there’s some pretty notable holes.
