You would think that this argument is logical, but those in opposition of any sensible gun control feel even more strongly that they need these guns to protect themselves and their families all the people in this country with...these same guns.

Yeah there may be more pressure but I am not confident anything will change. I don't know how anyone could be based on the past.

saw a quote from Manchin where he was talking about how he keeps thinking of his grandkids and this time feels different. Problem is, there was basically the same quote from him after Sandy Hook.

so if teachers are all armed, do they carry it on their person? guy blows in the door and immediately shoots the teacher before they have time to react and get their gun.

This is clear Public Relations campaign training for Republicans - “Stay on message” if you made them fill out a mad lib they would write CRT, Grooming, or pro-life in every blank space.

Obviously, we need to replace evil teaches unions with cops and veterans.
 
You've got to admire the commitment to the bit. Johnson went on TV to argue that an 18-year-old who grew up in a red area of Texas was indoctrinated by the libs to buy a gun on his 18th birthday and shoot his grandma and shoot up an elementary school.
