I literally live 30 feet from the subway and the high end sushi in little tokyo is 2 stops away from me and yet I still need to drive/uber there because they've been doing repairs for the past 3 years and it's been shut down.

Project construction began in 2014 and it is slated to open for service in late fall 2022. Tunneling work and construction on the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station, Historic Broadway Station, and Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill Station is 90% complete.

I checked the schedule before I walked over there. Checked it on the App. And read the schedule posted at the stop. Thanks for the advice though.

I think I was going Uptown for a Thursday night Panthers game or something like that. I had plenty of time. If I was trying to go to work, an hourly wage job, I would have gotten fired.

yes, and it changed my habits a bit. I've been going to the westside quite a lot less. Although the uber prices have been trending down a bit very recently. I'm like 2 months away from being able to get another chase sapphire signup bonus, and once I do I'm gonna get the reserve for that 10x Lyft points promotion for the next few years.

I don’t know if SLC’s light rail is even considered remotely good compared to the rest of the country but I love it. A block from the street car which takes me to the light rail which takes me a block away from the office. $280 monthly allowance for it from the City too.
