100% agree. Completely misplaced priorities. Never cheer against your undergrad school. But definitely something that a UVA-affiliated asshole would do.

Easily. It was all Wake. Maybe 500 UVA fans. The good ol' days. It was the most fun I've had at a Wake game since about 2008. Student section was lower and upper deck and LOUD.

8K seat arena and we would have won the game today!

Even Clawson made it a point during halftime about the energy in the Joel.
 
Like many, got tired of listening to inferior ESPN play by play. Several have mentioned they were able to synchronize the latent video stream to Stan's broadcast off the app. I tried to coordinate the broadcast with the video but still had about a 3-4 second differential between the sound and video. Is it possible to get this synchronized?

It would be quite helpful to have a guy who has a consistent post move with his back to the basket. Like anybody. PG and a true 5 are going to absolute must grabs in the portal.

To be fair, Forbes got 2 PGs and a true 5 in the portal last year.

usually https://godeacs.com/watch/ has live radio coverage in your browser

I've always been able to drag the timekey/slider in the media player at that link to sync up with the television but I imagine the success of this depends on just how delayed your stream is

i've done this four or five times and have always been able to synchronize though, so
 
Here is a random observation that I hope someone on here can answer....

I kept looking for Stan and Dinger... scanned the sidelines.... I see the UVA radio team sitting literally about mid-court. And, yes, they were the UVA radio team.

I just assumed Stan had a better spot. Then, I see Stan and Dinger sitting under our team's basket!!!! WTH??!? Anyone have the details on this? Why is the visiting program sitting almost at midcourt and Stan and Dinger are under the basket at the end of the court?

I'm sure there is a logical explanation but damn if I can think of one!

Finally home and settled and took a breather. Haven’t read back through but here are my thoughts. Appleby is exhausted. Our lack of depth really hurts. We have 4 very good players and then basically nothing. Williamson and Marsh are pretty much invisible.
I’m sure there were a lot of comments here about the officiating. Yes, bad calls for sure but we had a lot more free throws than them. The main problem was not going at their 2 guys with 4.
My wife is a Hoo. We watch UVA bball. I literally have no idea who that white guy was lighting us up.
The crowd was great and ready to explode. Our fanbase desperately wants to be relevant again.
This was a huge missed opportunity.

Defense in the first half and rebounding all game were atrocious today. Was the difference in the game.
 
Virginia had 6 players shot 3s in this game and they all shot over 40% except for Franklin who was 5 for 13 and took several contested and at the end of the shot clock 3s.

Rebounding has been atrocious all year. Carr and Hildreth are the only two who seem to be able to jump more than 1 inch and actually secure a basketball. Monsanto has his moments. At this point I truly think Marsh and Bradford are not even a wash on the court. They are actual liabilities.
