MBB Game XXVI: Georgia Tech @ LJVM - Saturday 5pm - ACCN

It absolutely would have been. Must win game at home against a Q4 opponent with a last gasp chance at making the tournament. Tell you yourself whatever you want but this would have been on par with the worst losses from those eras.
Yeah...that was awful. I mean a confluence of a lot (bad shooting, sleepwalking through a lot, GT hitting some 3s when they're normally terrible, Wake turning the ball over against a team who doesn't force any, etc.). Just take the win and move on....

No not really. We going to get smoked!
We can lose to anybody but also can beat almost anybody if we are hitting threes. I expect a good performance @Miami. I would be shocked if we win more than 1 game in the ACC tournament, given our history & that we can lose to literally any team. Need to beat Miami or NC State, not lose to BC or ND, and win 2 ACC tournament games to be last 4 in.

Need to rest up this week and give a much better effort than we saw tonight @ miami.

In the postgame, Forbes said Carr hasn't practiced live in a week and a half. I assume that's after the Duke game. He scored in double figures 9 of 11 ACC games including that Duke game. He hasn't scored in double figures the last three games (5, 7, and 9).

Can probably fouled on that turnover but he also took a charge that wasn’t called on Smith’s bucket so that’s a wash

Definition of bubble and where we are we a program. Good enough to beat anybody but inconsistent. I’d say we were lucky to win today but more so lucky we have Applebees.

Don’t think it was a charge. And also don’t think the guy for gt ever really established his space. Probably both good no calls.

The last GT basket was 100% a charge. He fully extended his arm and cleared Cam out. That's not even close. I mean I get why they didn't call it since GT was doing physical shit all game, but that has to be called. It was the only reason he got the open shot up.

I need to go back and watch. Limited replays I saw it didn’t look like he really pushed. Not sure there was any contact as cam fell back. But who knows. Glad that was a no call and to get a clear foul the next possession where they could have swallowed the whistle again.

Last two games big A making a strong case.

GT dude lowered the shoulder directly into Cam’s chest while he was in legal guarding position. Unquestionably a charge. Also almost exactly what happened at the end of the U*NC-Syracuse game a couple of weeks ago. Davis got the whistle, Cam didn’t.
