Just tried to cut off a finger wart with Swiss Army knife scissors at the office. Didn’t really work. At least once I get home I’ll be able to use the preferred method of fingernail clippers.

if there was ever any doubt that I’m where trash, it immediately dissipates when you drive by my house and see the 6 inflatable pools/waterslides that reside in my yard from April to October.
pool party at Makos house

I tried again and was able to cut out a decent amount. Wish I had a lighter here to cauterize it, that really kills em off.

Still been waiting for a true picture of Mako’s house since Christmas. Especially now that I knows it’s never inflatable free.
Apr-Oct: pools/slides
Nov-Jan: Christmas
Feb-Mar: Dolls

Are we about to get back into the shared vs. not-shared finances discussion? This seems like a vote against splitting up finances if you've gotta foot your wife's alcohol bill just for offering to save her time.

I definitely got got on this one. Very amateur move by me.

Wine Authorities? Getting food from Viv's Fridge??

Yeah Wine Authorities. Although I’m very concerned now because I checked their website and I didn’t see the wine. This could go very poorly for me. Getting Thai Cafe tonight. We usually rotate between M Kokko, Dashi and Thai Cafe depending on the mood.

we share finances but we don't do a monthly budget and I do the grocery shopping so my wife has no idea what I spend on booze

I have done zero research and leave for there Sunday. What ya got for me. From what I gather it’s beautiful, there’s absolutely zero development, and take forever to get to.
My trial is in Pago Pago, so I would mainly be on Tutuila. There is bus service on Tutuila and I read hitchhiking is common. The NPS coordinates a homestay program where you can stay with a local family on Tutuila (and other islands I think). Otherwise, Tisa's Barefoot Bar was the best option I found. They also serve food, which was recommended by the local attorney along with Goat Island Cafe and DDW. My other foods notes were to eat palusami and oka. Drink kava. Find Umu for Sunday lunch. The Tradewinds Hotel hosts a fiafia on Friday nights (I had a question to read more to see if this was actually worth doing).

I jotted down to take the hike to Cape Taputapu on the western side. Hike Mount Alava and link with the Adventure Trail at the summit. There is a WWII trail around also, if you are into that.

Then I planned to make it to Ofu and stay at the Vaoto Lodge. Ofu Beach is supposed to be the prettiest beach in AS and there is a huge coral reef there for snorkeling.
