i'm not a huge Pizza fan. That being said...I grew up an hour from NYC and lived in Chicago for 15 years. I have never understood the Pizza Wars. Like what you like.

Personally my ranking NY Style, Chicago Tavern Style, then once a year Chicago Deep Dish. Tough to find representative expressions of those outside of their native environment IMO
 
There's a very average-looking chick in a cotton dress walking up and down the sidewalk talking on the phone outside my office window.
 
Played around with the ooni last night. I rolled the crust on one of them hoping for a very thin, crunchy crust. I was pleased with the results overall on that one - would definitely try rolling the dough again. The other pizza was a white pizza (whipped ricotta base with basil / oregano, mozz, chicken) that my wife requested and that turned out very good too. I hand stretched that one so the dough would rise a bit during the bake like a more traditional neapolitan style pizza.

Academics are abuzz with the fact that a guy in florida can teach the whole subject in one 50 minute lecture
 
But real talk I was definitely getting #sad and #nervous when I didn't hear back until I heard back and got it my last time. I'd imagine there's lots of red tape at large institutions that could take weeks to jump through
 
Isn't there a Wegmans or a Wawa or some shit in DC that all you yankee people are gaga about ?
 
No idea why Wawa isn't national. Ended up stopping there like 5 times during a 6 day NJ trip a few weeks ago. Dem philly pretzels
