Oh yeah I used them too, they had my bank options beat easily, it was super easy as wellBefore they went to total shit and their CEO went viral, I refinanced from 3.125 to 2.5 with Better.com on a 30 year fixed. And they also paid me like $800 in lender credits. Just absolutely stupid stuff, and way lower than my company could go, even with an employee discount. I'd be at <2.5X that today.
Oooooooh man, some finance bro is about to let you have it. I'm too lazy to give you a math example, but it's always better to take free money if a creditor will give it to you (assuming it won't ding your credit too much). What’s the point of financing something over 12 months if you have the cash? Since whatever you are using to pay over the period of time would have just gone into the savings anyways. Just to keep savings because you can?
We have a car loan at 0% and our mortgage is at 2.875% that went down from like 4.3% in 2021.i am so fuggin' glad I refinanced out our new construction loan ASAP in 2021 when the build was finished and got 2.875 locked in (it was 4.25% ARM, so I think would have shot up in these trying times)
lowwwwAbout to pick up 13 pieces of clothing from the new dry cleaner - 5 pants, 8 shirts. Small stains on 2 of the shirts. Anybody want to play high/low on how much they will charge me? I’m going $40, high or low?
