I disagree with you
We were not interested in the red door initially but it has really grown on us
we also have a red door, a holdover but we liked it

Reach out to your local ag extension office. They’ve been a huge help with some smaller things we have planned and also have tons of resources online for local plants and such. Would recommend100x better, I think the next project I want to tackle is to xeriscape/landscape the front yard of our house a lot more, it's just a dumb small sloped hill w/ grass that is annoying to keep cut
Yeah I'm joshing you. I lived in Ardmore in WS for the past 7 years. I'm definitely partial to craftsman style bungalows.Hey I really like our house. The brick is very nice & I think it looks v good. There are about 4-7 homes on our street with the same layout/footprint. Think sears homes were a huge thing here but a lot of them have really held up well.
also hot
this is for the bad design thread but have you seen this shit??love the bosse's house plama, i'm a huge sucker for the all glass walls/giant windows thing
one of my wife's grandmother's family friends had a ridiculous house built on a mountain near chattanooga w/ a mostly glass wall in one of the rooms overlooking this little river/creek and mountains, and I think I'd just spend all my time in there if I could

utterly dystopian
like the virtual windows on interior seats in Emirates first classlol, those are wild, but I could see them being nice for a basement!

architecture is fun to talk about but let's talk interior design too!The one thing that is starting to drive me crazy is all the white, grey, black that seems to be taking over everything interior and exterior-wise -- I find that I particularly struggle with brick that has been painted, just doesn't seem right (no judgment). That and I feel like I'm seeing a lot more beige. C'mon folks. Live a little.
yes, i told him the right answerdid we ever solve Biff's art problem
Yeah, pretty much. Something like this in Charlotte:Do they look something like this? These are all over Denver - seems like all the new builds are some variation of this design.
