Official 2023 College Football Thread: Michigan Recognized as National Champions of Cheating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not an endorsement at all. Hugh Freeze is ridiculously good at getting his team ready for big games. Auburn didn’t have a QB that could complete a forward pass; yet they gave UGA a battle and beat Bama for 59 minutes. The down-side is that his team was not super talented and when they weren’t ready to play essentially anyone could beat them. So, they slimed out a win versus Cal and lost to NM State.
Would you say that Freeze thought NMSt was a nothingburger?

Well UW is up two scores now.

Good play call on the last WA TD

MOMENTUM, which does not exist, has shifted again, maybe for the last time tonight.

Big MO shifts again.

No need to onside kick. OR has 3 timeouts but needs a big stop.

And Washington with an undefeated regular season beats Oregon again. Wins final Pac12 Championship. At least, as the Pac 12 has been for a long time.

"Since Oregon only lost to Washington, they should still be in. " Wonder what Vegas would have line at if they played again next week?

Is Michigan out of the CFP if they lose? I’d think so as there is talk UGA might be.

Assuming FSU wins, I would think so. The final four would likely be Washington, FSU, SEC winner and Texas (unless Bama wins, the committee will probably put in UGA over Texas).

That said, if Michigan puts up 10 points, the game is likely over. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Mich offense go into a shell once they are up. They know Iowa can't score against anyone.

I have really missed the 538 cfp scenario projections.

Is there anything comparable online now?

I'm conflicted on FSU today. I don't like how the school conducted itself at the start of the season with their very public whining about the ACC. An undefeated FSU team should make the Playoff. The standard of "oh they have an injured QB and therefore are no longer one of the best teams" is a made-up standard by ESPN last week. Since I hate ESPN and support the ACC, seems like I should support FSU.

I’m starting to hope they win so I can watch Herbstreit cry.
