Hey guys, I know it's been a long time since the last time I traded a couple of punches with you all, but I just want to say you guys should be proud of your team. Despite how sloppy both teams played, I still enjoyed the matchup. I wasn't able to go to the game, but to those of you who did, I hope my bulldawgs treated yall fairly. Hope next season goes better for yall.

No offense, but I hate shit like this at times like these. I'm hopeful we'll be better next season too but I'm fucking sick and tired of losing close games and always being on the cusp of being good. Put the pieces together for once God dammit.

This was Tanner's worst game of the year (that I saw....didn't see vandy). It was bad decisions, no picks after all, he just wasn't on, it happens.
I do agree, that the notion that there is a QB controversy is ABSURD. Tanner is our QB unless he has several more games like this.
 
The D played well enough for us to win. Those of you thinking that Grobe will go to another QB are dreaming, Price had a very good year... and Grobe LOVES his older players. Lobo is just killing me.

I'm drinking more.
 
Did anybody really think they'd do anything about the cowbells? It's outlawed in the SEC, but this wasn't an SEC game. It was a bowl game on a neutral field. I hope our players aren't blaming that for the loss.
 
I don't think that there will be a QB controversy. But, I do think that the coaching staff must look more closely at Souza...particularly if he is a duel threat as it seems.

well that sucked...that last possession was just pathetic on Price's part. There needs to be some serious competition for starting QB next year.
 
It was embarrassing watching Wake play tonight, if you call that playing. Only a FEW players showed up and wanted to win, Pendergrass, Capanaro, and Wilbur. I don't know who the rest of them were out there pretending to be football players in the ACC!!! I think some of our players need a reality check....WAKE FOREST, you were 6-6, losing the last 5 out of 7 games!!!! EMBARRASSING.......

Serious question Bud:
how would you compare Lobo's game plan and play calling with Billings'/Knorrs' defensive game plan and sets?
 
Our offense sucked ass in 3/4 final games to end 2006.

Davis did not look ready there at the end to catch the ball.

Newman did not look ready there at the end to make a long field goal and then...he did with a line drive. Not pretty, but he made it. Glad for him.
