The murder thing was just a response to my aggravation that some people do not believe the Bama guy did anything wrong or deserved to get arrested. It is no different than molesting someone.
 
the guy being 32 makes it that much worse I could see college kids doing this but it still don't make it right. My group of friends was stupid when we were kids and whenever we had a party we had a rule the first one the passes out got a d*ck in their mouth. We would get a hot dog and start smacking it on their face, lips, and mouth. It lead to some people waking up freaking out and throwing people across the room. But they were friends.

The guy didn't look disturbed at all. I'll let him be the judge of whether the sexual activity was unwanted. He certainly didn't protest.

I just believe it is wrong and think the guy should get in trouble not just walk free. It would be different if it was someone he knew and if he would have done it to a woman lsu fan people would react much worse.

i now completely understand why you must feel a great deal of empathy for this young man. i am truly sorry that you had a... hot dog... smacked about your head, breast,chest, neck... and mouth. that really is terrible.
 
for the record i don't think anyone is saying the tea bagger should not be punished. he should be.

i think most are just saying that the bag-ee was dumb for getting so hammered that he passed out in public (alone) and was served a helping of chin nuts. he should not "press charges" and ruin an idiots life, potentially branding him a sex offender.

punishment should fit the crime. lesson learned, while harsh, should teach the other guy a pretty good lesson.
