This might lead to rethinking marriage advantages in the first place. Deductions, ets.
Yep, I was thinking same.

So because the majority decided it, that makes it ok? A majority of southerners supported slavery. A majority of whites supported segregation. Did that make those institutions correct? Why is it that when it's on a ballot it passes state by state? Even Cali for cryin out loud! Silent majority speaks loudly.
I read this several times and its still makes me laugh.

A majority of lazy failures support taxing everyone else's property away from them. Does that make it correct?

It is also a stupid, simplistic statement....void of any definable meaning.
But nowhere are same-sex acts named as the sin of Sodom. That intended gang rape only expressed the greater sin, condemned in the Bible from cover to cover: hatred, injustice, cruelty, lack of concern for others. Hence, Jesus says “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 19:19; Mark 12:31); and “By this will they know you are my disciples” (John 13:35).
How inverted these values have become! In the name of Jesus, evangelicals and Catholic bishops make sex the Christian litmus test and are willing to sacrifice the social safety net in return.
It's the absolute absurdity of it that makes it comical. What next, because gays have sex makes the sun too hot?
