quit watching after direct tv took away my MTV for a couple of weeks. glad i didn't come back. someone please just post it if the dude from boston offs himself or if the mutant ginger (and i'm not talking about you, say hey) offs someone else.

If you didn't see last week's episode, it gets worse! Trey's fling from back home called and said she was pregnant with his child. He didn't tell anyone and is still playing Laura to think she's the bad one.
 
This season is the absolute worst. The dudes aren't funny, the girls aren't hot, and nothing fucking happens. THE FORMULA IS SIMPLE, MTV!!! Go get some dumb models, some bros, and let the magic happen.
 
I know I really feel like I would be able to produce this show sooooo much better than Bunim/Murray.
 
Looks like I am not missing much, but the whole Trey pregnancy thing might be enough to get me to watch the last three episodes online.
 
The problem this year that easily could have been avoided is the island. Seriously, why would you stick them on an island? All the great Real World moments include the conversations walking home from bars, the gym walk dramas, etc. If you want to invite someone back, you now have to bring them back on your boat, and then they're just stuck there? Unless they were trying to build the Always Sunny Implication effect, it's just a bad model.

And that's the only reason Trey and Laura keep getting together. Because there's NO ONE else around.

Yes, the cast sucks, but some of the best moments have been their interactions with non-cast members. Had we had more of that, than maybe this season would only go down as shitty, instead of top 5 worst.
 
yeah the island thing is terrible. I don't know why MTV would try to isolate them in the house like that.
 
anyone remember that show paradise hotel on fox where that DONK with the big ears (kind of looked like stinky from hey arnold) had his partner in the final but she kept all the money for herself? it was awesome.

that was the last secluded island show i watched.
 
God last episode was just as stupid. Robb burning himself over Marie, Trey acting as crazy and manipulative of Lauren as usual. Brandon is seeming tame in comparison. Why is Swift always ignored? All they do is focus on Lauren and Trey and Robb and Marie week after week and their drama just replays itself over and over again.
 
Trey is such a wetblanket girlfriend.

Rob is officially nuts. I've heard of people cutting and burning themselves, but I've never heard of someone punching himself in the face.

Ironically, I said that about Rob punching himself in the face, but forgot that Joey did the same thing on his season during his nightmare coke binge. "Oops!!"
 
I haven't watched any of the season but I just found out a guy I went to high school with was a rando that got an invite back to the island :noidea:
