Haha if I didn't have this ridic deadline I 100% would have already called on sick this morning.

All I know is that 2am in the Arts District was a cluster fuck as the bars closed down. So many people in the streets!

I wasn't planning on going anyways, I've phased out working at Merriweather. Although there's still the possibility of me missing to go to the O's playoff game if they win the division and don't beat out Texas for #1 overall.

I'm guessing you guys were at Finnegans if it was that much of a clustercuss?

We did Tate's/District on Saturday iirc. It was defs a blur though. I got fairly drunk at around 10 in the morning and didn't look back until 2:30. My phone died on Saturday night pretty early so I lost my line of communication to meet up with peeps too.

You remember buying two canned IPAs at telling the bartender not to open them? And then punching holes in them and getting df09 to shotgun them with you right in the middle of teh bar?
 
i wanted to go to single bros, but there was a line.

the other aspect of me not being my usual jovial self was the freaking cab company taking over an hour and a half to get us when they said it would be 20 minutes. god, i dont miss that.

Cheese and myself were there also, one plus of deacphan's lady getting sick is it meant extra rage time once she got settled.

We did 6th and then District. Actually we also hit Foothills and Tates, but only for 5 minutes each. Walking to the car from the District at 2:15 is when it became so terrible. Several friends of ours were trying to go to Finnegans but said the wait was too long, so they met up with us at the District.
 
re: buying shots

i bought 8 shots, like 6 beers, and a liquor drink. my tab: 60 bucks. that is one thing i miss about winston.

Yep, same thing happened to us. Didn't feel like waiting for Single Bros so we just hit up the roof of District instead to finish the night. Had planned on heading back to Single Bros for a whiskey to close out the night, but lost track of time ftl.

I wish that this happened or that there are canned ipas I don't know about.

Apparently I couldn't speak English. We had a World Series of beer pong that turned into a best of 11. Ish. Smith. Cray.
 
i think lazy eyes throw me off more than the normal person. i never know where to look.

:laugh: DF09 had the same reaction, was buying all our bears for us at Rec Friday night and was surprised when the tab was so cheap.
