CNN Townhall with Parkland Students, Rubio, NRA and others

Good one, you really showed me, and a M4, if one was really available on the civilian market, which I doubt, its sale would be regulated by the National Firearms Act of 1934. Same with the M16A1 and A2 that I qualified with when I was in the US Army.

If not an AR15, then what in your expert opinion? John Browning's 1911 variants, things from Gaston Glock, or maybe a Beretta, a company that has been in business since 1526?

    Ongoing gun violence/injury thread

I imagine many of these are mom and pop operations. How is it Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, and such haven’t put them out of business? You mean FFL holders? Wal-Mart doesn’t sell anything other than hunting gear. No handguns or expensive tactical gear, iirc. If a particular Walmart has an FFL...

FCC set to repeal net neutrality

Funny, I do not think I have ever heard on the national news anything resembling the phrase last mile monopoly. Plenty about net neutrality, whatever that definition means, but nothing about last mile monopoly...

My thoughts... 1. Seriously, look up existing laws before you post. Otherwise, you look like a dumbass. 2. Registration has always led to confiscation. Learn some history. 3. Holding firearms owners and NRA members responsible for the Vegas thing is just dumb. Using that logic, every single...

I doubt it. You cannot legalize morality. I own more guns than you can shake a stick at. However, I will not turn one on you, unless you come at me with malice. Understood?

So, did you vote for Leland Yee? How about you answer the question, and include how CA changed the goalposts on what is an "assault weapon"?

I am not a constitutional scholar, I just read at the same level as everyone else who went to WFU or another school and posts here. What I do read are firearms laws, and I know them fairly well. If you want to have a discussion, or a debate, then yes, I suggest you read up on the following...

Someone posted this earlier... Both the AR and AK families are traditionally chambered for rounds that have little purpose outside of combat. The NATO 5.56x45mm used by the AR family and the 7.62x39mm used by the AK family are both designed for combat situations and ranges against human...

Those solutions exist with the tooth fairy and easter bunny then. My question to you is, can you really legislate the morality of others at the expense of the freedoms of everyone else?
