    Preseason Practice Reports

He apparently doesn't need to. They have been throwing for weeks and no one has laid eyes upon them. Tried to get someone who has seen the freshman QB's throw, give an assessment. Whoever can adjust to the speed of the game the quickest will more than likely be the starter. Oh well, 7...

So no one has laid eyes on any passing sessions?

Which WF QB will start vs. ULM?

After being injured in the state championship game his junior year, Travis was unable to throw during an important evaluation period for 2014 qb's. Coach Borges of Michigan told him he was in the top three and they would wait to make a decision until after he was healthy enough to throw for...

    In-coming freshman fb players

Ordinarily, replacing a 4 year starting QB would result in a period of lower production. I get that. The truth is, Tanner Price accounted for only 13TD passes to go with 10INT. He averaged less than 200 yds per game passing and the team scored only 18.3 points per game. The combination of a...

    In-coming freshman fb players

The offense will be much improved. With dynamic Qb play, a bad day may be 3TDs and 3 INT. The days of 18 points per game are gone. If Travis Smith comes close to getting a handle on reading ACC defenses and knowing the play book, he is going to put points on the board. I am still not ruling...

I would like to hear the opinions of players as well as the fans that have laid eyes on these players lately. I know I will never see the opinions of the players but I'm pretty sure this poll is out to lunch...

Kam Uter - pick #369 MLB Draft

Strange deal by the Dodgers but what would you expect from a group of guys who paid a billion over value for the Dodgers in the first place. Just seems like if they valued Uter that much they should have taken him in an earlier round and not had to pay for going over slot. Oh well, good luck...

Kam Uter - pick #369 MLB Draft

Originally college football coaches were scared away from Uter because of his love for baseball. Now I think he slipped in the MLB draft because of his newly professed love of football. This kid has huge upside in both sports. Sure is great to have options.

Kam Uter - pick #369 MLB Draft

MLB.com has him at #369 to the Angles and ESPN.com has him at #369 to the Dodgers. Either way.. the #369th pick in the 12th round. That may get him a signing bonus offer of around $100,000 and a monthly minor league deal from $1,100 to $2,000 per month. Although I have never been in a...

Uter, Pike, Lewis, Smith or Wolford...

He should get drafted but it is very unlikely that he would choose to play pro ball right now. From what I read he grades out in the low 90's and his fastball tops out at 91. He still needs time to get stronger and tweak his mechanics before anyone offers a boatload of money.

Uter, Pike, Lewis, Smith or Wolford...

Has anyone been able to watch any of these guys yet? Route running, catching ability, speed, timing, accuracy? They should be running 7 on 7's by now.

are the incoming football recruits on campus?

With that being the case in N.C. , that may explain why two out of the four early enrollees are from N.C.
