Great inning. Curious decision by Mattingly to leave in Kershaw for that rally.

Also, re: Freeman, he has exceeded any reasonable expectations thus far. Really happy with him.

Love seeing Hanson kicking butt and taking names like he did last night.
 
He tweaked it about 10 days ago, told Freddi he needs to rest. No big deal.
 
If he's hurting at all, he ought to sit. Take advantage of Prado's ability to play 3rd, put Hinske (with his lefty bat) in LF against RHP Lincecum, whom he homered against last season. Done and done.

That was a fun game last night. Great performances by Hanson, Freeman, Venters and Kimbrel.
 
Freak walks the first two batters of the game and we can't capitalize. ugh.
 
Every string that Fredi pulls these days seems to be the wrong string. Hit and run? Freddie gets thrown out by a mile. Straight steal? Prado gets thrown out by a mile.
 
You know you have a shitty arm in centerfield when Pat freakin Burrell scores from second on a hard hit single.
