Not voting for the Dems you list is not the same as voting for Trump. If you can't understand that, and you appear repeatedly to have demonstrated that you can't, then you cannot be a part of any reasonable discussion about the presidential election in 2020.
medicare for all/universal healthcare, comprehensive immigration reform (and abolishing ICE), supply and demand-side housing policy reform at the federal level, withdrawing troops/cutting military spending, the family bill of rights (Gillibrand!), campaign finance reform, expansion of welfare programs, resume funding higher education (community college and public universities), continued sentencing reform and other forms of criminal justice reform, tax reform, etc.
What actual policies are critical for the 2019/20 "Republican?"

If you wouldn’t vote for any of the Dems running, just say that. Why are you being coy?

The reality is the total cost for healthcare in the US was $3.5 Trillion in 2017. This would be the 5th largest economy in the world. It's a disastrous pipe dream to think you can change it overnight. As great an idea as it is, you can't get rid of all private insurance with a stroke of the pen.
Make an affordable public option available. This can be done within a year or two. It will immediately drive prices down and provide a mechanism to reach the goal much quicker. It's also something everyone can understand. As people migrate from the hyper-inflated costs of private insurance, they will be more amenable to universal healthcare.
We also need to treat the public like adults. It's not going to be free. It's not free in western countries that have universal healthcare. You pay into it and in most places employers pay in as well. Show the public in black and white how they will save massive amounts of money and they will join.
Do not say it will free! Do not say you can end private in a year or five. Neither of those is possible or true.
The candidate that shows the public a reasonable and doable plan can and will likely win. Pie-in-the-sky promises won't.
It seems you didn’t understand the question or are being intentionally evasive.
