2022 Atlanta Braves Season Thread: off season decisions loom

Good outing for Strider. Showed solid command of a 98mph fastball. Learned you can’t hang bad sliders to big league hitters even if they’re off the plate.
 
Don't think that inning could've started any better and ended any worse.
 
Braves postseason baseball has officially begun. Should have had multiple runs against Cy Young winner and get nothing.
 
I get that everyone loves Wash, but I’m not sure there’s a worse 3B coach in MLB. He should have been screaming at Soler to get back when that ball was hit. We have so many baserunning blunders in key situations.
 
More like Ozzie shouldn’t be swinging at a 1-0 pitch on his hands after back to back walks.

This. Ozzie’s lack of patience and insistence on continuing to switch-hit is keeping him from being one of the all time great second basemen.
 
They might not have any either if he watched Charlie in the 6th and understood what happens third time through the order. At least Charlie didn’t bat last half inning like usual.
 
Every postseason we end up with ridiculous baserunning blunders
