What's wrong with Cleveland? The houses are so close together and nobody knows what their neighbors are up to? Remember this is the same city where a dude had dozens of dead prostitutes in his house and everyone was satisfied believing that the smell was from a meat processing plant down the street.

C'mon Cleveland, when your weirdo neighbor is walking with a little girl in the neighborhood and he has no wife or gf, please ask where he acquired the child.
 
If it were triplets, he could have gotten them in bulk at Costco.
 
If those girls had guns, there wouldn't have been a problem. Especially if they had high capacity clips.

Lived there for eight years and drove down this street a dozen times or more. That city is in a world of hurt in so many ways.
 
You forgot Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, LA and some other prime locales - in the "what's wrong" category.
