A-Rod's gonna be looking at a lifetime ban as early as Monday?

Wouldn’t the MLB going after ARod for violating the confidentiality clause be just a touch hypocritical after all their leaks throughout this ordeal?

at this point it would be hypocritical for them to remain consistent about steroids at this point.

The guy is delusional and a complete joke at this point.

The guy is taking advantage of the process. Whether one likes it or not is their choice. I get both sides.

This Arod fiasco keeps getting stranger and stranger. Hope you're watching Sunday night baseball where Red Sox pitcher Dempster hit Arod with a pitch causing Girardi to blow up and the benches nearly empty. Drama continues.

A woman who says she is the former mistress of New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman filed a petition saying that Cashman told her he intentionally misled federal investigators during the Roger Clemens investigation, reports USA Today.

Louise Neathway also says that Cashman knew of clubhouse steroid use by various Yankees players and was ambivalent to the use of performance enhancing drugs as long as nothing came back to the Yankees organization.
The petition also states Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez‘s new attorney, Joseph Tacopina, has a conflict of interest in Rodriguez’s case because his partner, Stephen Turano, represents Neathway in New Jersey and knows of information from Neathway’s relationship with Cashman that could bolster Rodriguez’s case against the Yankees.

Neathway, 37, faces 52 criminal charges include stalking, harassment, lying to a grand jury, criminal impersonation and grand larceny. Neathway faces deportation if she is found guilty.
More from USA Today:
She also allegedly threatened to shoot her former mother-in-law – a document stamped Nov. 29, 2012, states, “The defendant threatened to tell the press and Mr. Cashman’s family, particularly his wife, that he and the defendant had had a sexual relationship, that she had become pregnant with, and aborted, his child, and that she had suffered a series of serious medical complications from the abortion that had required surgeries.

You'd think a guy worth $9 million could find a decent looking mistress in NYC. Both of Cashman's were nasty looking and now the former Mrs. Cashman has cleaned out his bank accounts thru divorce.

A person close to Rodriguez, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the topic, told USA TODAY Sports on Tuesday that Rodriguez rejected a 100-game ban from MLB days before the announcement of his 211-game suspension and has a standing offer of 150 games.

Haha. I can't wait to see where this ends up.
