Aaron Hernandez Arrested, Charged with Murder

With all of the attention, Hernandez ain't going nowhere, so the cops can do a thorough investigation before they decide who to charge with what.

True, but theoretically Hernandez has the most to lose from a murder conviction, so charging him with a lesser felony may get him to start chirping if someone else shot the guy and he just knows who did it. Or, maybe he pulled the trigger and he knows he's F'd either way.
 
If he did get charged with murder, I bet that dude would tear up The Running Man.
 
Hernandez reportedly has been uncooperative. This is simply the police's response to gain some leverage.this could get interesting, although I would presume that Hernandez would simply continue being quiet so long as the police don't uncover non-circumstantial evidence that paints him as the trigger man.
 
What are you guys thinking:
1. He did it
2. Someone close to him did it and he's involved in the cover up
3. He paid someone to do it
4. He's innocent
