Of all the position to choose to complain about expertise the one previous filled by Rick Perry is probably not the best.
 
Is oil shortage a new term for capitalism? Oil prices are what they are because the market dictates what they are. Stop driving and shut down an economy get negative oil prices, open back up and increase demand get increased oil prices. Really get crazy demand and it becomes worth it to drill the hard to get oil, no demand not profitable to do so. Seems like someone is a secret communist.
 
If only there was some way that the United States could increase the supply of our energy. I'm sure one day someone will think of one.
 
I’m assuming you mean a government take over of the energy supply, typical communist.
 
What if instead of increasing supply, we make more fuel efficient and alternate energy vehicles and decrease our demand?
 
The same people who complain about gas prices would freak out about socialism if they government actually did something real about gas prices. It’s a good scheme. Just complain about the problem and complain about the solutions.

Just like the US budget should be run like your household budget oil is just like turning on your kitchen faucet, get it done!
 
Seems like a bunch of Republican FL governors are to be blamed for banning drilling off the coast of the state for decades.
