I think Riley is the middle son. Maverick is the youngest.
Riley is oldest - I remember him being born.
Edit: I wasn't in the room or anything, I was just in college during that ACC championship season.

you know how you can tell you are reading the Wake sports board? because people are arguing over a double negative and the proper use of grammar, etc. Hilarious.
Need clarification....
Young Childress is reported to be 6'0" 165 and not apparantly highly rated. Other than the father-son angle, is the main reason we offered him is to gain an advantage with the 2 highly rated kids he plays with who apparantly also are his buds ? If so, the father and Manning must really think a package deal is highly likely, yes ?
Is that the gist of all this ?

As far as I'm aware, teams take top 100 recruits all the time solely for their own contributions.
Brandon looks really good. Lights out shooter which we are severely lacking. Top 100 player. Early commit. Really good teammates that we have offered. Dad is an assistant coach. Dad is an all time wfu great. It is a no brainer.
This is a unique case. You can't ignore it.
Thanks Wrangor. So then he's regarded as a legit Top 100 kid. And due to his Dad, likely will stick for 4 years giving us stability at the SG position thru 1 and done teammates ?
Right, it also has other positive benefits. My point was Brandon can play basketball in his own regard and it is merely helpful to us that he could bring others with him. If he doesn't, he's still a top 60 player in the country and a solid signing.
