Bryant Crawford Hiring An Agent, Staying in Draft

Please lock this thread and lets move on.

Final update as to these two guys

Doral Moore: Has had 3 NBA teams give him a workout - Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, and Washington Wizards. Seems like he will be able to get to the G League.

Bryant Crawford: Has had 1 NBA team give him a workout - Denver Nuggets. Teams are seeing him as a "combo guard", which speaks to his inability to successfully run the PG here. Undoubtably would have benefitted from coming back and improving his assist to turnover ration next year. Likely headed out of the country.

Moore worked out for literally the three closest franchises to campus.

89 Bryant Crawford
Wake Forest PG 6' 3" 201 lbs 21 yrs

Too bad there are only 60 picks.

89. DORAL MOORE, C, WAKE FOREST | JUNIOR
Height: 7’1” | Weight: 280 | Age: 21 | Last: NR
Stats: 11.1 PPG, 9.4 RPG, 2.0 BPG

Moore has size working in his favor, and a lot of it. He’s not especially skilled, but has made strides over the course of his career and is a good finisher around the basket. He alters shots with his size and length, and is a bit more athletic than he’s given credit for. Moore is a very active rebounder as well, and could be worth developing to see if he can improve his thick build and eventually assume a bench role, in a best case scenario.

96. BRYANT CRAWFORD, PG, WAKE FOREST | JUNIOR
Height: 6’3” | Weight: 200 | Age: 21 | Last: NR
Stats: 16.9 PPG, 4.9 APG, 1.5 SPG

Crawford opted to leave school early after a somewhat disappointing season. He’s athletic, can pass it, plays willing defense and had fans around the league earlier in the year, but he’s still extremely turnover-prone and a streaky shooter. Crawford has some game, but probably isn’t good enough at any one thing at this point to get himself drafted.

According to Adam Zagoria the Sixers are working Bryant out today.

Hmmmmm

He's like one of the top three guards working out today !

Sadly enough, he has a much better jumper then Markelle Fultz right now. Might be an upgrade over last years #1 pick.

I am still baffled why the Sixers haven't called the NBA's first (or least one of the first) shooting coaches. He is local, revered and beloved in Philly. Not to mention Herb Magee is a Basketball Hall of Famer.
