Bullshit Trump Says

----
...recently looked back on Trump’s business deals that he “unfortunately described 30 years ago” and realized that “most of the deals in that book The Art of the Deal) were failures.”
"And the number of deals he’s made over the years since then have overwhelmingly been failures,” Schwartz added. He said Trump was “really one of the worst” dealmakers he’s ever come across."

i guess i'll just leave that here. nobody should be surprised by the quote, it's what some of us have been saying for years.

Didn't he go heroically visit our troops overseas? This guy can even fuck up lying about doing something potentially respectable.

Also his publicity-stunt trip to the border. He also went to Camp David.

It just goes to show that "leaving the White House" to him means "going to his (for profit) resort." Trips that he was pushed to make by advisers or public pressure don't count.

^This. He's clearly miserable right now, and tweeted some self-pitying posts recently about how he was "all alone in the White House" trying to get his precious wall built, but the meanie Democrats wouldn't give him what he wanted. He wants desperately to be at one of his golf courses or resorts, which is where he has spent vast amounts of time since becoming POTUS. In his mind, probably, doing actual POTUS stuff like traveling to the border on a PR trip or seeing the troops overseas doesn't count as being free from the WH. Given his level of understanding of our political system, he probably thought that being POTUS would be an easy job - he could just give orders to underlings who would do the grunt work, while he did some PR stuff and looked tough and bombed some places while spending most of his time on the links, and Congress, of course, would do his bidding. Having the Dems take the House, and thus gain the ability to block much of what he wants, definitely seems to have thrown him off his feed, and made him even more unbalanced.

Maybe the GOP can trot out a Native American Republican to write a strongly worded op-ed about this.

Odds Trump could point to "Bighorn" or "Wounded Knee" on a map within 500 miles?

How should the GOP address white supremacy within the party?
