Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) poked a sore spot of Donald Trump’s on Wednesday after the former president attacked him and two sitting GOP governors as “RINOs” for supporting Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R).

“Insightful commentary about three Republican Governors who were overwhelmingly re-elected by their people from a former president who lost to Joe Biden,” Christie tweeted. “Maybe the “R” in RINO really stands for re-elected.”

According to a Rolling Stone report published Tuesday, during his first year in office, the former president repeatedly asked national security advisers if China had secret technology that could generate hurricanes and fire them at the U.S. This later became known as the “Hurricane Gun” thing in some official circles.

“It was almost too stupid for words,” one former Trump administration official told Rolling Stone. “I did not get the sense he was joking at all.”

Trump encourages Oz to declare victory in too-close-to-call Pennsylvania Senate race

Trump is barging into the Senate race in Pennsylvania because there's still a chance that Oz, whom he endorsed last month, could lose out to the candidate the ex-President spurned, former hedge fund executive McCormick, when all votes are counted.

He's frustrated that Oz is having to wait for counts of absentee ballots and delayed votes counted in person. Those votes are just as valid as any cast in person. But Trump is running the same corrupt playbook that he used nearly two years ago to falsely claim he won a second term.

"Dr. Oz should declare victory. It makes it much harder for them to cheat with the ballots that they just happened to find," Trump wrote on his ironically named social media network, "Truth Social," on Wednesday. The ex-President claimed the Keystone State's election was a "MESS," making the same kind of baseless claims he conjured after losing to President Joe Biden.
 
I just love that the choice is between Dr. Oz or a former hedge fund executive.
