Challenge: Battle of the Exes

I think they have taken the physical aspect of some of the challenges to the extreme, which has led to decrease in partying for the more serious players. Either that or mtv just doesnt want to show them raging anymore.
 
Def needs to be more fooling around! I think it definitely is the Ex aspect. Your only options are to hook up with your ex or to hook up with someone else and screw up your team.
 
I wish they had brought in Danny and Melinda for this challenge. Yeah they suck at actual competition, but how great would it have been to force a divorced couple to work together?

Apparently MTV still wants them partying, but according to the Derrick Kosinski Ultimate Challenge Radio Podcast on Talent Network News Dot Com, the producers no longer tolerate nudity. Chicks are no longer allowed to go topless in the pool/hot tub and fines are levied against those who disobey. Seems like the best we're going to get this season was Tyrie's brief mooning of Jasmine from last episode.

Also, can we please talk about Abram's branding on his chest? Dude....gross.

boo. while the competition is entertaining, the sheer level of excess and debauchery is a big ratings draw, i would think. i think it was last season the remaining contestants had what appeared to be a drug fueled, full on orgy near the very end. probably was the tipping point.
 
Apparently the cast members were informed that the target audience for the show is like 12-18 year olds (as opposed to an older demographic for the Jersey Shore), which is why the new anti-nudity standard has been instituted.

I just wish I had known about this prior to this season's fantasy draft. Paula and Mandi would have gone much lower.

That whole statement makes NO SENSE to me. I would think the target demographics would be the exact opposite.
 
No nudity is bullshit. They're straying from their base. Who gives a shit if kids are seeing it. That's the parents fault. I want to see some blurred out tatties.

I don't think any of these dudes could beat Leroy 1-on-1 in just about any type of challenge. He needs another Duel. So far he's been paired up with Mike-Mike and Naomi. Yikes.

While on this topic, can we discuss the fact that there haven't been any naked pics/vids of any Real World chicks in years. MTV has really locked down on this. Instead, we've gotten gross porn from Dunbar and dude-on-dude Dustin. If you told me a few years back that by 2012 America would NOT have a sex tape from Denver Jenn, Paula Walnuts, or San Diego Robin, I would have laughed you off the stage.
