Is Donnie wahlberg the best sleeper casting of all time
Like how did they know a former boy band member from Boston would know how to play a Sgt from West Virginia? Is Donnie wahlberg the best sleeper casting of all time
Damn. Brutal.
AIM was fire though. The amount of collective cringe that was contained in those away messages would break the modern Internet.
This probably does not help our relationship but yes. My personal email is not professional. My passwords are not professional. I enjoy it.
I just used my Wake email name for my Gmail. It was right after graduating so I thought it was fine at the time but kinda gets annoying to spell out but I’m also way too far in at this point.
In HS I had a Hotmail that was like wakeman2001 which was a reference to wakeboarding but then I met with someone with good Wake connections when I was applying and she was like “ah well your email is appropriate” and I was like yes, yes it is.
I also just have my Wake email as my Gmail
Catching up on this thread....but I was actually going through old external hard drives to see if I had anything worthy of saving. I found a ton of old pictures from HS and early college years, but I also had a file that was a bunch of saved AIM conversations and away messages. Looking back on it, I just had to laugh at how much of a ladies man I thought I was in HS. IDK if anyone on here knows who I really am, but that's definitely not the case, then or now lol.
IDK how other people do their passwords, but I've found great success in using passwords that are 3 or 4 words back to back, with letters changed to symbols or numbers (E's to 3's, O's to 0's, i's to !'s, C's to ('s, L's to 7's, A's to @'s, stuff like that) and then throw in symbols or numbers to separate them. Like when I need a new password I just look around my room and either find 3 things, or think of something I ate for lunch that day, or just a random word. Here, I'll do it right now:

There, you can use that....I don't/won't, but there's a good one. It is "poster" + "rubiks" + "battery" and 92 at the end. So all I do is remember the 3 words, sometimes 4, and I'm good to go. Just a tip for those that want to create GREAT passwords but be able to remember them.
I too, use my Wake email as my Gmail email.
Also, I too had a hotmail address, like literally all the way up until college haha. My name was bigg_mac@hotmail.com It had to do with my name, but it's still pretty hilarious. That was back when internet just started being something used by the common folk. Back when dial-up was the only thing there was. God I hated clicking on CONNECT and hearing those noises and then it taking forever to load pages.
I also remember trying to look up information for a report on the government or something and going to www.whitehouse.com, and it ended up being a porn site, or had adult content on it. That was quite an....experience.
Last thing about all of this internet/email stuff, I was recently watching FRIENDS because of Matthew Perry's death, and in one episode Chandler get's a new laptop and he's all psyched up about the specs and he lists them as: "12MB of RAM, 500 MB Hard Drive, built-in Spreadsheet capabilities AND a modem that transmits at over 28,000 bps." Also, the laptop had about 2in of plastic bezel around the screen, so even though the laptop was about 11-13 inches, the screen was like 8.5-9 inches.
It's insane how old that is. My PC has almost 3000x as much RAM, and my Hard Drive is 16000x as large and internet speed is about 7500x as fast....that assuming I did all the math right in my head for 32GB of RAM, 8TB Hard Drive and 210 Mbps internet speed.
I read this entire post. #noskim

This shit sucks
CrossroadsWhich BoB episode features Jimmy Fallon? That’s the best one!
Kidding, I like Basonge the best. I think showing war from the perspective of a medic is pretty chilling.
the winery is fun, even if there are about 10 grapes total on the property.
