How does one get tix to something like that without selling a kidney or ass?
 
Smoked a couple whole chickens this afternoon

Wrapped em, let em rest with more rub, vinegar and a little s+p

They're delicious as is but I typically pick em and finish em in the crockpot with some sauce and use the carcasses for stock

Any other creative areas for them?

if you've used all the meat - what else is there? are you talking about the skin? the stock?

have you thought about stuffing them?

I meant with the meat itself rather than putting it in the crockpot after I smoke it. Though I have fried the skin before and made delicious cracklings for tacos
