Suppose you are given a coin with Forbes on one side, Miller on the other. You are also given a dice with Miller, Forbes, Beilein, Matta, Kelsey, and Amaker as the 6 faces. One chance, whoever comes up is our coach the next 6 years. Do you flip the coin or roll the dice?

Basically comes down to if you think Kelsey/Amaker would be more of a downgrade from Miller/Forbes than Beilein/Matta would be an upgrade from Miller/Forbes. That, and your risk tolerance/priorities. If anything less than greatness is failure for you, you roll the dice. If you're cool with an upside of a just good, not great, coach, you flip the coin.
