That’s still a million dead Americans under the age of 50 though. If it comes back every year that’s un good. If you were born today you’d have a 22% chance of dying from it before you were 50.

I’ve seen projections of 40% of the worlds population being infected. At 2% death rate more people would die of this than in WWII.

If it's not contained, the Olympics would make it a lot worse although I'm not sure how that works with the seasonality of the virus.
