If you aren't celebrating, what exactly is your point? Why do you keep equating NY deaths with the Southern states? Those deaths happen in NY when didn't know how to stop the disease from spreading or how to treat it when it someone caught it. Almost all of those 32000 deaths in FL, TX, GA and AZ have happened since NY got their out break under control and learned a pile of hard lessons on COVID management and individual treatment. NY has just as many young people, just as many college students, just as many bars and restaurants, etc. but they have managed to get their daily new case rate to about 500 per day and their daily number of deaths hasn't exceeded 15 since July 8th. If FL, TX, GA, and AZ had less than 15 deaths a day we'd have 30000 fewer deaths. The governors in those states have been reckless with public health all in the name of having a slightly less crappy economy and try to salvage Trump's presidency.
Thanks, birdman. Pretty much this.
Brad, you keep coming back to repeat the same thing, which seems to be gloating that NY still has more deaths than Florida. Given that doesn't really make much sense to bring up now, given that their deaths were mostly earlier, and they have improved, it doesn't make sense why you are doing that except to gloat. As birdman asked, what exactly is your point or objective when you keep doing that?
