in the context of a public health information campaign, "most" should equal "almost everybody". Harris could have skipped the first sentence entirely.
On October 12, 2022, CDC tweeted a recommendation that everyone 2 months or more out from their last booster should get another shot. So now, 7 weeks later, we're confident no new variants will emerge and everyone's good for a year?
