Here's a topic that should quickly close out the CT: eggs. You get to choose 1 of the following:

1) 2 eggs any style (just the eggs)
2) Your preferred egg condiment
3) Your favorite egg dish

I will go:

1) Fried, over medium
2) Hot sauce - probably Tapatio
3) Eggs benedict, preferably with smoked salmon or a crab cake

Hot sauce, depends on what the other accompaniments are

If I have to cook it, it's 2 over medium.
If I don't have to cook it, it's 2 poached.

Pepper goes on eggs.

I can eat the fuck out of deviled eggs.
 
I was stalking DR's twitter thinking, man, what a weird dude, and then I realized that I was stalking someone that I've never met irl just because of things that he posts on an internet message board that I have over 20k posts on and I had me a real nice Matthew 7 moment there.
 
Big donk moment for me, I perfectly seasoned my carbon steel fry pan and then cooked some chicken in what was a super acidic marinade/sauce and ruined it. Tried to re-season over the top and it's fine, but no where near as good as is was.
