DT Josh Banks suspended for the rest of the season

Our "powers that be" are overly paranoid about these types of suspensions - whatever way they go the grass is always greener on the other side. Just have to hope the kids put it behind them, hash out whatever differences they have with the coaching staff, and we roll some teams next year. It's not like other programs haven't faced the same adversity - Oregon and Colorado come to mind. Criticizing our own kids is just the pot calling the kettle black anyway. Maybe this will spark some vitriol for our closing games...

I think you've also got to make sure we keep our remaining D-Tackles fed well, so they don't get the hunger munchies from the extra reps in practice.
 
After hearing this news, I feel like Bing Bong did when he couldn't spark up his magic ride to get high enough and he ended up zig zagging back to rock bottom only to go up in smoke.
 
If by some miracle we were to win out, it's probably best that he avoids a bowl anyway.
