where is the best place to find a list of transfers, so we can all start playing the guessing game?

Everytime this almost happens the other school finds out and re-recruits him. Lets just let this play out
 
the way imabehere makes it sound is that it is already a done deal. Why would we move DL to OL for a 5th year stud transfer if he was not already coming?
 
Seems the coaching staff has us wondering that quite a bit recently. Its not like Frank was setting the world on fire at DT. Id just let this play out before everyone gets all up in arms.
 
So, hypothetically, would this mean a change of position for Whitlock so he and this new beast could play together?
