Best case scenario for Dems is Trump gets impeached about halfway in, removed from office with like 1-2 years until the 2020 election. Pence is president for a year, tries to run in the general 2020 and gets obliterated.

There's some truth to this. Many of the early space pioneers come from the dumb fuck lower-middle class that the elitist routinely make fun of.

all of them went to college, some with multiple degrees,and were experts in their fields by virtue of being an astronaut. so....elite

That's because they all dreamed of getting the **** out of those towns; not hunkering and down and preparing for the next civil war. Hell, those towns made them not even want to be on this planet anymore.

You can't get much more elite than Alan Shepherd. His family came over on the Mayflower and his family owned banks.

Lovell went to Annapolis. That's quite elite.

1. Annapolis
2. Air Force Academy
3. MIT
4. Naval Post-Graduate School
5. Stanford
