How often do you poop?

I'm in the minority probably. Only 0.5-0.6 would be my estimate. Should probably get more fiber in my diet.

Generally I poop within 15 seconds of going into the bathroom first thing in the morning. Then sometimes there is a 2nd after I drink coffee. There is sometimes a 3rd after I work out or eat lunch.

Searching for books in a library has always triggered it for me. Seriously. Anyone else familiar with that? If I'm just chilling or working in a library, no problem, but if I have to be searching for books, I better build in some pooping time.
