What are your favorite hot sauces?

I appreciated this comparison of srirachas and thought I might try one or two of them, and then I figured I'd poll y'all to find your recommendations.

My usual mainstays are:

The original rooster Sriracha
Tabasco's Green Jalapeno and their Chipotle
Valentina's giant jug

it's not really hot sauce, exactly, but Trader Joe's sriracha bbq sauce has been my go-to condiment for basically everything in the last 2 months. it's not so spicy that it can't have mass appeal, but it's got enough of a kick to make things interesting/delicious.

I eat way, way too much hot sauce -- have more than a dozen varieties in the fridge -- but have never been a fan of sriracha. It's just fine, I guess.

Texas Pete for barbecue and fried chicken (and most other stuff). Cholula or green jalapeño Tabasco for Mexican.

I currently have the trader joes brand of sriracha which I bought on a whim and it is pretty disappointing. Too sweet and not spicy, almost like garlic ketchup.

I'll sometimes use Pirate's Bite on steaks instead of black pepper.

el yucateco variety pack is my go-to for mexican food

i won a variety pack in a secret santa and it's decent even though all of the sauces are made in the US...much better than winning a random duck dynasty item...kenyan fire tusk is my favorite so far

I use the Cackalacky Sauce, Tabasco, and ghost pepper powder the most.
