Is piece of shit buzz finally gone?

"But 7 ACC wins, with a first round ACC tournament win is double the total of last year's 4 wins, this time with postseason win. Obvious improvement with the best days yet to come. Even the Dook fans wanted us to retain Bz and said so during our stay in Cameron earlier this month, they obviously know a good basketball coach when they see one."

You had one rule bzz. Show respect by not respecting... and you could not even get that right.
 
There is no situation in which I want Battle or Rusty retained. I've seen so little improvement in any phase of the game under Bz and before under Dino. Because Chill is a legend and Wellman's human shield I would find a place for him but he's done nothing to earn it.

I don't know, for me it was the State game Tuesday when I opted to watch figure skating instead.
 
I have been a loyal Wake fan for over 50 years. I have been through some sweet times and some not so good times. I have spent hard earned money for season tickets to football and basketball games. Until something changes, I will keep my money. I am tired of this fiasco. There needs to be changes in not only the coaching staff, but Ron Wellman needs to go, too.

we went 6-12 last year.

Also, there is no way in hell this team is winning 4 more games. It's going to be close for a winning record.

I hate the elitist BS. Who cares if you can't sing the alma mater? We are a small school and need as much non alumni support as we can get...if you respect and appreciate what WFU is all about, I don't care if you know the alma mater.
 
I imagine bzz at the press conference. Again he has no answers but now is doubting himself after his wife left a print out of firebz.com next to his morning oatmeal.

Wellman won't pull the trigger on a Sunday, but do we think it's at all possible he gets fired Monday? I would think it happens on the Monday after the Selection Show.

Yep, I was assuming best (worst?) case scenario when I referred to Clemson, BC, and Miami as potentially winnable games. I could easily see us losing all three, or only beating BC. 4-14 is not at all outside the realm of possibility.
 
It's truly inconceivable that Bzzz would be retained. I won't say impossible because as bdz pointed out this whole situation has been a compounding nightmare. But that would be the biggest wtf moment by far in this whole ordeal.
 
if his contract is up at the end of this year, he technically wouldnt be "fired"

i can see wellman spinning this where its a "both parties decided to move on" kind of hug hug kumbaya crap

If Bz somehow someway pulls out wins vs. Clemson BC and Miami and plays the others close I can def see Wellman praising progress, esp since we beat UNC and State.
 
Obviously if Bz is retained somehow that would be rock bottom, but lets assume that this is actually the end... What was rock bottom? Right now everyone is feeling kind of good because this season is starting to take on the feel of the Bataan Death March for Bz so we sense a light at the end of the tunnel.

My rock bottom was Wellman's interview last year that shattered the joy and innocence and hope of the Mr. and Mrs. Enfield thread.
