This year, they're 14-4, with all 4 losses by 3 or fewer points, and just beat #25 UCLA last night. They don't have much size (119th in effective height), experience (284th), or outside shooting (230th in 3FG%), but are top 30 in ppg and defensive efficiency, are ranked 51st in Pomeroy, and have only one senior, who plays just 15 mpg. That's how you "coach your tail off" to turn a team around.
