New details released yesterday on how she got to the hospital.

The Miami Police Department has shed some light on how a woman hanging out with Colin Kaepernick, Quinton Patton and Ricardo Lockette ended up in a hospital in the early morning hours of April 2.According to a police report obtained by WINZ-AM in Miami, Lockette called 911 twice after the woman refused to leave his apartment. Miami police confirmed to CSN Bay Area that the new police report is accurate, but they declined further comment because Miami PD didn't make the report public.
Lockette called police at 12:03 a.m. and 12:20 a.m. on April 2 because a woman was lying naked on Kaepernick's bed and refused to leave. Miami Fire Rescue was eventually dispatched to the apartment and the woman was taken to the hospital around 12:32 a.m.
Kaepernick, Lockette and Patton were all named in the original incident report, which was filed by the unnamed woman on April 3 and released to the public on April 10. The incident report doesn't make any accusations against anyone, but the woman did say that after getting naked in front of Kaepernick, he left the room. After that, she woke up in a hospital room and didn't "remember how she got there or who transported her to the hospital."
